Suspended Systems- DL, Linear

Suspended systems are a structural framework with rail attached that includes an awning structure. These structures can be free standing units or ceiling attached. Suspended systems are used for larger storage environments where artwork size, ceiling height and panel dimensions are large.  Suspension of the panels lightens the weight of the pullout mechanism and reduces vibration.

Aluminum Suspension Rails

Aluminium rails are smooth-running and very quiet. We use two rails of different sizes, which we match to the size and load of the mesh panel extensions. The specially manufactured carriages with steel ball bearings and heavy-duty plastic rollers run extremely smoothly and smoothly. A real alternative to the linear guided system.

Steel Suspension Rails

Steel suspension rails are robust and proven. We use two rails of different sizes, which we match to the size and load of the mesh panel extensions. The carriages with steel ball bearings and steel rollers are highly resilient. A cheap alternative to the aluminum rails.

Linear Suspension Rod

Linear guides are vibration-free and shock-free carrying heavy artwork loads. The linear housing contains ball bearings that run completely vibration-free on the high-precision linear rod smoothly and securely.

Linear-guided systems are suitable for large museum environments and carry loads up to 2000kilos. This enables panel sizes to extend up to 4m high by 8 m long.
